End of week 5 pictures - Dec. 25th 2009

What a great gift! Week 5 ended on Christmas Day :) My skin keeps getting better and better!! My birthday is tomorrow, I am gonna be 25...yes...I still have acne at 25, what a shame I was not able to get Accutane before this age. Oh well, better late than never :D

End of week 4 pictures - Dec. 18th 2009

Wooh almost done my first month, only 3 pills left! That went super fast and it was painless :) Lips are not dryer than before, my skin is in a better shape, dry but not that bad. I still have 2 cysts on my right cheek :( Overall, my acne is better, I get comments from friends that they can tell a big diff. :D super yay :) I went for my second blood test (first on accutane) and I almost passed out, the nurse could not get blood out of my vains and she took at least 1 min. and I started to feel dizzy, hot etc. I had to lay down for a couple of minutes afterward, but I was fine after :) I have a third blood test on January 15th, then my second dr.'s visit on January 20th. I wonder if she will increase my dose of leave me at 40mg a day. Well, TTYL xoxo

End of week 3 pictures - Dec. 11th 2009

You may not be able to tell with the pictures but my acne is better :) My boyfriend and colleagues have commented on how it shows less. Just by touching my skin I notice that it is less bumpy. My side effects are dry lips...that's it :D no pain, no itchy skin, no dandruff...it's amazing. :)

End of week 2 pictures - Dec. 4th 2009

I am at the end of week 2, my 15th pill! My acne is def. worst than last week, lips are just a little dryer as I keep applying a Aquaphor style cream (not aquaphor as I could not find it around here) the pharmacist gave me a jar of a no name kind :) My eyes are dryer too but we bought a humidifier today so that should really help with everything!
